Well turns out my DVDs weren’t getting ripped off. Some of them just took a week and a half to get from Belleville to St. Louis when the norm is 1 day.

Basketball’s going really well. I have 14 on the team and that may very well become 13 in a couple weeks because I have a feeling this one kid will quit. Coaching is sweet. It’s all the fun of basketball without the running (me running at least).

I have 2 free days off work this week. Tomorrow, Thanksgiving, and Friday for no apparent reason. I tried to fight it a bit, but I couldn’t convince the Pres or the Vice Pres. I haven’t had 4 days off in a row since Christmas break of Senior Year. I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself with this much free time. I guess I’ll just watch some major Everwood and Dawson’s Creek on DVD and catch up on my TV shows that I’ve missed all week.

Tomorrow the family is coming to my parent’s house. I’ve been seeing them a lot lately. Joel’s dad passed away last week, and we went to the circus on Sunday. Alex was quite a fan of the elephants and motorcycles. That crazy kid also told me he wanted to see the elephant ride the motor cycle. That’s the interesting sense of humor of my 3 year old nephew.

Still not much going on. I got my first PoweredStats customer. It’s a free one, so it doesn’t mean any money, but it’s free advertisement and a step in the right direction.

My netflix DVDs have been getting ripped off in my mail, so now I’m having them shipped to work.

Practices start on monday for the basketball team. I’m getting more and more nervous to who is actually going to show up. I just hope I have at least 5.

The girl quest is on hold for awhile. I have a new passtime. I am now the coach of a church high school basketball team. We play other churches from around the metro area. There is an informational meeting tomorrow night and the practices start next week. Hopefully I’ll have a good turnout. I don’t really have much guidance on this. I was pretty much “Do you wanna be the coach?” And that was it, so I’m kind of winging it along the way. Hopefully it’ll turn out good, but I guess there’s always next year.

They say that if you need something done, give it to a busy person. That is so true. With all this stuff I’ve had going on lately, I’ve actually gotten more done that I normally do. Now that I’m coaching this and actually have stuff going on almost every night, my apartment is cleaner, I’m still making advances on my empire, and I’ve been finally starting to settle in again in my apartment. It’s odd how it works that way.
